Regency Groundworks was founded by Michael J Carew, who is an highly experienced, and professional groundworker & builder. Located in Brighton, covering Sussex, Kent & Hampshire.

After working for well known, and respected contractors carrying out commercial works for tier 1 and 2 contractors in the south of England, Michael decided to step into the residential house building and development side to the industry. From here Michael excelled in general construction and was quick to find solutions to most problems and increase overall efficiency. After starting a family of his own, with his fiancé and young daughter, it was time to go independent and set up his own company.
